While we promise to do our best to make you a happy customer, sometimes we don’t get it right. For those times, if you are unsatisfied with our products we offer a 14 day refund policy starting from the day you have received your items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. The item can be packaged in any packaging that is suitable, as long as it is properly protected on its return.
Please note, wallpaper, wall mural and custom orders are exempt from being returned.
Damage or wrongly sent goods
If you have received the wrong item, or your items have been damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the items so that we can arrange a refund or replacement. Our team will do our best to fix the issue right away.
Items that won’t stick to my wall
Before purchasing, please read the recommended surfaces section in the product description to decide the suitability of our products for your walls. For items that have fallen off or are failing during installation, please first check the paint used on your wall & the condition that the wall is in.
Should issues still arise, please contact us at email@example.com with a photo of the damaged wall sticker and the brand/type of paint used on your wall. We will need to contact our suppliers in order to help resolve this issue. Due to the varying nature of every case and wall surfaces/conditions we need to take each enquiry on a case by case basis.
Please note, if you are unsure if our products are suitable for your walls, we offer free sample packs for testing before you make your final purchase. Refunds (If applicable)
Once we have received your returned item and we have inspected it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and you will receive details of your refund within 3 business days.
If 3 days have passed and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Shipping Return Items

We do not assume responsibility for the cost of shipping returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a tracking service and possibly shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we receive all returned items.
