Refund & Returns Policy
At Red Panda Wall Stickers, due to the made to order process of our business we ask that you please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect ordering.
We endeavor to ensure each decal is carefully checked before being sent out to our customers. Should you believe that the product received is not correct, please contact our team via our website in order to process a return.
To be eligible for a return, the order must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. Any packaging can be used to return your order as long as the original product is returned safely.
Please note that all custom orders, wallpaper and wall mural orders are exempt from returns.
Red Panda Wall Stickers cannot refund or replace orders that have been incorrectly installed onto walls that have not followed our pre-purchase information & product information guidelines.
To be eligible for a return, we will need to be contacted within 14 days of receiving your order. Once 14 days have passed, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange. Please provide a proof of purchase or receipt when completing your return.
Red Panda Wall Stickers do not assume responsibility for the cost of returned products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a tracking service and possibly shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we receive all returned items.
Before leaving our offices, our products are passed through rigorous tests to ensure that you are receiving what you paid for. In the case that you receive damaged or incorrect items please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect items. Once reviewed by our team we will help arrange a replacement or repaired piece for you.

Once the return item is received, we will inspect the item and send you a notification email confirming or rejecting your refund. Once approved, your order will be refunded and the funds will be returned to the original method of payment.
Before purchasing, please read the recommended surfaces section in the product description to decide the suitability of our products for your walls. Due to the varying nature of walls, paints used on the wall and conditions that they may be in, Red Panda Wall Stickers do not take any responsibility for any damage to your wall on the off chance that it may occur. If you are unsure of the suitability of our products on your wall, please order a sample pack to test on your wall. Alternatively, our team is happy to give the best advice possible before ordering any of our products.
In addition, please take care when installing our products as we are unable to reimburse any customers for installation mistakes from yourself or any third party installers.
