Returns Policy

Due to the made to order process of our business we ask that you please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or refunds for orders due to change of mind, wrong decisions or incorrect choice.

Before leaving our offices, our products are passed through rigorous tests to ensure that you are receiving what you paid for. In the case that you receive a damaged or the incorrect items please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect items. Once reviewed by our team we will help arrange a replacement or repaired piece for you.

In the off chance that a return needs to be processed, Red Panda Wall Stickers do not assume responsibility for the cost of shipping returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a tracking service and possibly shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we receive all returned items. 

For orders that have not been received, please contact us within 30 days of the original order date. We will check with our postage handlers the status of your delivery and arrange the appropriate actions for you. Please double check the shipping address when ordering as we cannot resend or refund orders due to incorrect shipping details. 

Before purchasing, please read the recommended surfaces section in the product description to decide the suitability of our products for your walls. Due to varying nature of walls, paints used on the wall and conditions that they may be in, Red Panda Wall Stickers do not take any responsibility for any damage to your wall on the off chance that it may occur. If you are unsure of the suitability of our products on your wall, please order a sample pack to test on your wall. Alternatively, our team is happy to give the best advice possible before ordering any of our products.

In addition, please take care when installing our products as we are unable to reimburse any customers for installation mistakes from yourself or any third party installers.
