Shipping Information

Due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, we have had to comply with recommendations from our postage handler, Australia Post, in making changes to our shipping policies.

As of the 5th of July, 2021 we are now shipping orders to USA as well as our Australian customers. We have made this decision on the best advice from Australia Post that our United States customers will be able to serviced to our promised standards.

We are hoping to open our store to more countries over the next few weeks as we are able to gain more reliable shipping services from our providers.

Our Australian orders are still operating as normal, however we have been notified by Australia Post that orders are taking a minimum of 5 business days in most cases. Orders are delivered with Australia Post and Sendle with tracking information available for items delivered in mailing tubes. All deliveries will be left either in your mailbox or at your doorstep with no signature required.

For orders sent out to the United States, please use see estimated delivery times at the checkout for your orders. We do not add parcel tracking to our orders by default, however if required, we are able to create a custom order and add a tracking number at an extra cost.
