Shipping Information

Due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, we have had to comply with recommendations from our postage handler, Australia Post, in making changes to our shipping policies.

As of the 31st of March, 2020 we will temporarily not be taking orders from our international customers. We have made this decision in conjunction with Australia Post as we would not be able to maintain our delivery promises to customers globally. 

Our Australian orders are still operating as normal, as freight deliveries are not affected despite interstate border closures across Australia. Orders are delivered with Australia Post and Sendle with tracking information available for items delivered in mailing tubes. All deliveries will be left either in your mailbox or at your doorstep with no signature required.
